Qualifications

• 1+ years of LTC pharmacy experience, including fulfillment technician roles.
• Pharmacy software experience required.
• Ability to extract reports from pharmacy systems.
• Proficient with department computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and accuracy mindset.
• Team-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Technician II duties at above-standard performance levels.
• Schedule Fulfillment Technician staff to ensure adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with Fulfillment Supervisor/Manager to improve workflows.
• Ensure medications are complete and accurate for courier delivery.
• Prioritize and assign workflow to technicians.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy; train staff as needed.
• Serve as subject matter expert in fulfillment workflows.
• Provide input on performance evaluations with the Director of Operations.
• Communicate inventory needs and maintain stock levels.
• Maintain clean, orderly workstation and comply with regulations.
