Guardian Pharmacy of Colorado in Denver, Colorado, is seeking a Fulfillment Technician II to join our LTC pharmacy team. You will support daily operations, schedule staff, and ensure timely, accurate medication preparation for courier delivery.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in LTC pharmacy, familiarity with pharmacy software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of LTC pharmacy experience, including 1 year as Fulfillment Technician II or III.
• Pharmacy software experience required.
• Ability to extract reports.
• Proficient in computer applications related to department operations.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strict deadlines.
• Quality minded; able to identify and resolve errors.
• Flexible hours in work environment.

Responsabilités

• Schedule Fulfillment Technician staff to cover workflow and minimize overtime.
• Ensure medications are complete and accurate for courier departures.
• Prioritize and assign workflow to technicians.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Train fulfillment staff on workflow areas.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on performance evaluations.
• Communicate inventory needs and maintain appropriate stock.
• Maintain clean, orderly workstation.
• Comply with local, state, and federal laws and policies on dispensing medications.
• Lead by example and uphold non-negotiable attributes.
