Guardian Pharmacy Idaho Falls is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician supervisor for the Fulfillment Department. You will lead a hands‑on team to ensure accurate, timely packaging and preparation for patient deliveries.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and compliance, with a salary range of $45,074–$47,840 depending on experience. Join a team focused on precision and patient care in a long‑term care setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician license/registration as required by the state.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) — preferred/willing to become certified within 6 months of hire
• High school diploma or GED.
• Management, supervisory, or team‑lead experience — REQUIRED.
• Pharmacy experience — REQUIRED.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn pharmacy and automation systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate fulfillment technicians and packers.
• Manage daily staffing, workflow, productivity, quality, and accuracy.
• Train new team members and ensure staff are confident in their assigned workflows.
• Keep medications moving accurately and on schedule for courier departure.
• Monitor automation and fulfillment processes and address issues quickly.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, efficiency, and quality.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance support.
• Work alongside the team when needed — filling, stocking, prepacking, automation, and other fulfillment functions.
• Partner with other supervisors and departments to keep the pharmacy running smoothly.
• Lead by example through attitude, dependability, productivity, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies.
