Job summary

Pink Hill, North Carolina-based Guardian Pharmacy is seeking a Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician I to join our rapidly growing team. Under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will prepare prescription orders, label packaging, and assist with inventory while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required per state rules.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification per state; National Certification preferred (PTCB).
• Experience in fast-paced pharmacy environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare prescription orders by verifying information and pulling prescriptions from inventory.
• Apply labels to packaging, scan and assemble into bins accurately.
• Alert pharmacist on duty if medication does not scan properly.
• Participate in training to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment areas.
• Communicate inventory needs to ensure adequate supply to complete orders.
• Maintain inventory levels and organize stock neatly; assist with physical inventory.
• Meet pharmacy accuracy and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with supervisors to keep workflow efficient.
• Maintain clean, orderly workstation and replenish stock.
• Comply with local, state, and federal pharmacy laws and policies.
• Other duties as needed.
