Job summary

Napa Post Acute is seeking an experienced LPN/LVN supervisor to oversee a team of nursing assistants and coordinate day-to-day nursing activities in a long-term care facility. The role ensures adherence to federal, state, and facility policies, while maintaining high-quality resident care.

You will lead staff, monitor documentation, and participate in quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve care delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Nursing license (LPN/LVN).
• Nursing degree or LPN/LVN program required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and ensure staff adherence.
• Complete and review required documentation and charting in resident records.
• Supervise nursing service personnel and coordinate with other departments.
• Participate in quality assurance and resident care improvement activities.
