Job summary

Mesa Hills Post Acute is seeking a focused LPN/LVN leader to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants. You will ensure adherence to current federal, state, and local regulations and supervise day-to-day nursing activities to maintain high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include directing nursing staff, updating policies, planning shifts, and maintaining required documentation. Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree or LPN/LVN license and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must possess the Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with written policies and procedures.
• Participate in development and maintenance of the facility's QA program.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Complete accident/incident reports and maintain nursing records.
