Regency at Jackson is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care under the direction of the Director of Nursing. The role includes supervising CNAs/STNAs, ensuring continuity of care, and serving as a resource for residents, families, and staff.

The position offers a sign-on bonus of 7,500 and a range of benefits including health insurance options, retirement plan with matching funds, tuition and student loan reimbursement, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
