StoneBridge Senior Living is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate elder-care team in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves coordinating nursing care, administering medications, and ensuring safe treatments according to physician orders.

The ideal candidate has an active LPN license, CPR certification, and prior experience in long-term care or gerontological nursing. Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• LPN license is required and CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in gerontological nursing is advantageous.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate nursing care for residents and ensure appropriate nurse aide assignments.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Provide safe, accurate medication pass and documentation.
• Respond to resident requests for pain relief and monitor changes in status.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders and communicate with staff.
