In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to residents in an assisted living environment, ensuring their health and well-being are maintained with dignity and respect.

Qualificações

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan is required.
• Experience in assisted living or long-term care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in line with state regulations.
• Monitor residents’ health status and report changes promptly.
• Develop and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families for coordinated care.
• Document nursing activities and resident information accurately and timely.
• Educate and support residents and families about health conditions and care.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with standards.
