Competenze

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current unencumbered state license.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Current CPR Certification is required.

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Complete & file required record-keeping forms upon admissions, transfers, or discharges.
• Prepare & administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Develop & maintain rapport with inter-departmental personnel to ensure care delivery.
• Monitor safety regulations in use of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
