Wachter, Inc. is seeking a Low Voltage Lead Foreman Technician for large construction and remodel projects across the United States. You will lead crews on data, voice, alarm, video, and paging systems, ensuring quality and safety on industrial and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Low Voltage Cable Technician in industrial/commercial space.
• 5+ years as Lead/Foreman in commercial environments.
• Experience with data, voice, alarm, video, and paging systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Fire and Security systems is a plus.
• Certifications such as BICSI, NEC, or TIA/EIA are a plus.
• Able to read blueprints/site maps and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain cabling infrastructures.
• Install and test Cat6 and Fiber optic cables per scope.
• Install IP cameras and test network devices.
• Run low voltage cabling in large buildings up to 2,000,000 sq ft.
• Lead crews of 6-15 technicians with daily instruction.
• Adhere to safety requirements and report project status.
