Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in IT/Security/Life Safety related systems
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years Healthcare construction experience (preferred)
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology design and construction efforts meeting constructability and technical standards
• Provide tech design, installation and network integration expertise
• Create technology scopes of work and responsibility matrices
• Manage budgets, costs and projections for assigned projects
• Lead Aptitude processes and standards adherence
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and milestones
• Communicate progress and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare post-project evaluations of performance vs. plan
