JE Dunn Construction seeks an Aptitude Superintendent 2 to lead complex low‑voltage projects and manage trade partners. You will plan sequencing, monitor safety programs, and drive on‑time, on‑budget completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s goals.

The role demands strong leadership, deep knowledge of low voltage systems, and the ability to coordinate across design teams, field crews, and owners. Expect 100% travel and active project involvement across assignments.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years construction experience required.
• 5+ years experience in Division 8/23/25/27/28 related systems required.
• 3+ years field supervision experience required.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety culture on project site and mentor staff.
• Coordinate low voltage design and construction with trades and clients.
• Manage budget, schedule and subcontractors for a major portion of a project.
• Maintain quality through QA/QC procedures and owner requirements.
• Communicate project updates to owners, architects and authorities.
• Support project closeouts and pre-punch activities.
