JE Dunn Construction’s Aptitude division seeks an experienced Aptitude Project Manager 2 for Low Voltage Healthcare in Houston. You will lead constructability reviews, estimates, and manage technology scopes across projects, coordinating with design teams, vendors and trade partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in IT/security/life-safety systems, 5+ years of PM experience, and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, IT or related field.
• 8+ years experience in Information Technology/Security/Life Safety related systems.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Healthcare construction experience (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Supports all aspects of the company’s safety culture and creates awareness by demonstrating commitment to an injury-free environment.
• Coordinate technology related design and construction efforts that meet constructability, quality, financial and technical standards.
• Provide technical expertise related to design assist, installation, and network integration of complete and related systems.
• Create technology specific scopes of work and responsibility matrices tailored to individual projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and obtain vendor & trade partner pricing to compile budgets or hard bid proposals.
• Manage budgets, costs and projections related to assigned projects.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members in a proactive manner and align with JE Dunn’s objectives.
• Participate in strategy sessions to enhance marketing and delivery of technology services.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and progress reporting.
