Job summary

LINX is seeking a skilled Low Voltage Foreman to lead onsite coordination for commercial construction projects in Denver. You will manage LV technician teams, coordinate work orders, and communicate with customers, subcontractors, and management to ensure timely delivery within budget.

The role requires 2-5 years LV/structured cabling experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in English. We offer a competitive hourly rate and benefits.

• Manage workforce planning, hiring contract workers, track labor and timesheets.
• Lead and train teams, provide daily goals and technical training for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and ensure objectives.
• Manage costs using tracking reports and Bluebeam.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and site communications.
• Participate in pre- and post-bid meetings with PMs and Sales teams.
• Track moves/adds/changes for materials and labor.
• Oversee materials management and deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with safety and HR policies.
• Conduct technical training to improve skills.
