Job summary

Pharos Technologies, LLC in the Denver metropolitan area is seeking a hands-on Low Voltage Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial and industrial projects. You will plan, supervise structured cabling, security, and AV work, interpret blueprints, allocate tasks, and ensure work meets safety norms and project specs.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, clear communication with clients and subcontractors, and hands-on troubleshooting, maintenance, and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications such as BICSI are a plus.
• Experience supervising installation teams on low-voltage projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites in the Denver area.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise structured cabling, security systems, and AV installations.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients.
• Interpret drawings, assign tasks, and monitor workmanship and safety.
• Perform hands-on installation work and system troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation and support technician training.
