Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a capable Aptitude Superintendent 2 to manage complex low voltage projects under our Aptitude Intelligent Integration partnership. You will lead trade partners, plan construction sequencing, and ensure on-time, profitable completions aligned with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, budget monitoring, and coordination across design teams, owners, and subcontractors on multi-faceted facilities projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience
• 5+ years experience in Division 8/23/25/27/28 related systems
• 3+ years field supervision
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of above requirements

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages client and project team communication and issue escalation for low voltage scopes.
• Coordinates design and construction efforts meeting standards and budgets.
• Oversees low voltage subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC processes.
• Participates in project pursuits and pre-planning with the team.
