Job summary

Inverse Technology Solutions is hiring a Field Technician specializing in structured cabling with 3+ years of field experience in commercial projects. The role involves installing and troubleshooting cabling infrastructures, running low voltage cabling in commercial buildings, and leading on-site installation efforts.

Travel of 1–2 weeks is required, with flexibility for early morning, day, night, or weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of structured cabling experience in commercial environments.
• Experience as foreman/lead technician on network installation projects.
• Ability to complete projects on time and within budget, safely.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain various cabling infrastructures (CAT6, COAX, etc.).
• Terminate jacks, dress distribution frames, and rack/stack equipment.
• Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings and perform site surveys.
• Provide basic setup and testing for phone systems, wireless systems, and network devices.
• Travel for 1–2 weeks at a time; work varying shifts as required.
