Qualifications

• 3+ years installing telecommunications and low-voltage infrastructure.
• Ability to terminate copper to quality standards.
• Ability to read scopes of work, drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with testing tools; analyze results and implement corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation, termination, labeling, and testing of copper cabling.
• Perform copper certification; download, analyze, archive, and deliver test results and as-built documentation.
• Plan and manage material usage, storage, and inventory to support project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite per EHS policies.
• Provide regular project status updates to the Project Manager and elevate risks when needed.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and internal crews to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
• Act as the primary on-site customer point of contact for installation activities, changes, and field coordination.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
• Obtain customer project acceptance upon completion.
