Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on low voltage cabling experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
Proficiency in structured cabling, terminations, and cable testing.
Experience with fiber optic splicing and termination.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise low voltage cabling installation crews on job sites.
Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cable.
Oversee installation of AV, security, access control, and structured data network systems.
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on job site progress.
Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues efficiently.
