3c Business Solutions Inc is seeking a Lead Low Voltage Cabling Technician to join our Kaysville, UT team. This hands-on leadership role will drive quality installations and guide a skilled crew on commercial, government, religious, and educational projects.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with project managers and clients, and ensure adherence to BICSI standards while delivering clean, professional cabling work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on low voltage cabling experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in structured cabling, terminations, and cable testing with Fluke experience.
• Experience with fiber optic splicing and termination preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and elevated lifts.
• Clean driving record and can pass a pre-employment background & drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage cabling installation crews on job sites
• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cable
• Oversee installation of AV, security, access control, and structured data network systems
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on job site progress
• Troubleshoot and resolve cabling and connectivity issues efficiently

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll drive quality installations and guide a skilled team on commercial, government, religious & educational projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise low voltage cabling installation crews on job sites
• Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems including Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cable

• Ensure all work meets industry BICSI standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and clients on job site progress
