Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Senior Loss Control Advisor to lead consulting services for hospitals, public agencies, and school districts in California. You’ll drive on-site safety reviews, analyze hazards, and recommend corrective actions to reduce losses.

You’ll coordinate with JPAs, develop risk management programs, deliver training, and communicate findings to clients and internal teams while maintaining compliance with department guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
• 5+ years in Safety, Risk, or Insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead LC services for assigned customers and JPAs.
• Perform on-site Property/Liability and WC safety inspections.
• Review safety programs for compliance and effectiveness; assist with deficient programs.
• Provide safety training and client communications.
• Advise on risk management and safety best practices.
• Develop and implement loss-control action plans to reduce negative trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams and track service plans.
