Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Safety/Risk professional to analyze loss and operations, address client needs, and lead risk-improvement initiatives. You will develop plans, manage renewals, and deliver training to diverse audiences, both on-site and virtually, while collaborating with clients, contractors, and leadership.

A bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience is required, with licensure in multiple states and travel abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in Safety, Risk, or Insurance.
• Ability to obtain licenses in all states where business is conducted.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Moderate travel, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct loss and operational analysis to improve risk programs.
• Apply client risk understanding to address needs and drive growth.
• Develop and execute project plans with resources.
• Manage renewals and participate in account planning.
• Deliver professional training and educational materials.
• Present risk-management information to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to identify safety concerns.
