Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of terminal management or related logistics experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Experience with logistics and inventory management software.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate terminal staff including supervisors and warehouse personnel.
• Oversee all terminal operations: loading, unloading, inventory, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and implement safety protocols.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and timely updates.
• Manage resources including labor, equipment, and materials.
