Job summary

ITI Engineering, an aerospace and defense systems supplier, is seeking a Lead Logistics Engineer - Lifecycle Engineering. You will lead logistics and IPS activities across programs from development to sustainment, developing LCSPs, maintenance concepts, and provisioning strategies to optimize readiness and lifecycle costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in logistics engineering or sustainment within aerospace/defense expected.
• Experience with LCSPs, LORA, logistics analysis, and sparing required.
• Experience across development, production, fielding and sustainment.
• Strong technical leadership, analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPS and logistics engineering across the product lifecycle.
• Develop LCSPs, maintenance concepts, and support strategies.
• Perform LSA, LORA, MTA, and repair-vs-replace evaluations.
• Develop provisioning and RSPLs with reliability-based sparing analyses.
• Define support equipment, maintenance, data and stocking needs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, CM and PM.
• Advise leadership on sustainment risks, readiness and lifecycle cost.
• Support design reviews, proposals, and customer engagements.
• Establish logistics processes, metrics and best practices.
• Provide mentorship as logistics engineering SME.
