Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4+ years or Master’s with 2+ years experience in sustainment or related fields.
• Experience in defense/aerospace programs preferred.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve sustainment engineering processes, templates, tools, and standards.
• Support development of sustainment strategies through lifecycle.
• Integrate reliability, maintainability, supportability, and logistics into system decisions.
• Perform sustainment analyses covering maintenance concepts, sparing, readiness, and lifecycle cost.
• Collaborate across disciplines to integrate end-to-end logistics.
• Participate in design reviews to influence lifecycle decisions.
• Support contract deliverables requiring sustainment input.
