Qualifications

• 5+ years in Integrated Product Support or Logistics Engineering.
• 5+ years developing LORA, LSA, MTA, Provisioning Data, Spares Analysis, Packaging, Handling, Storage and Transportation (PHS&T).
• Experience with life cycle sustainment planning and execution in new start development or production.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and IPS development models.
• Good knowledge of Reliability, Maintainability, and Product Safety for high supportability.
• Familiarity with military regulations and specifications.
• This position is based in Costa Mesa, CA and onsite; travel required; Secret clearance eligible.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of the Integrated Product Support strategy.
• Spearhead development of Comprehensive Integrated Logistics Support Plans.
• Plan, develop and execute IPS analysis and implementation.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to optimize product design for long‑term supportability.
• Leverage IPS tools to prepare models and documents meeting DoD/industry standards.
• Produce customer reports using modeling tools (COMPASS, SlicWave, Tempo, etc.).
• Coordinate with technical writers to support manuals, operations and maintenance guides.
• Ensure compliance with DoW and industry standards in sustainment.
