Qualifications

• High School diploma or better required.
• 1-3 years of Industrial Dispatching experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience supervising dispatchers and logistics drivers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispatchers and logistics drivers; ensure on-time collections and deliveries across the site and manage part crib inventory.
• Track and ensure log sheets are completed and filed; verify daily employee time sheets.
• Monitor SAP Dispatch calls and escalate issues with customers as needed.
• Ensure paperwork is completed correctly and filed; resolve locating missing parts with customers.
• Oversee tool checkout, inspection, and restocking; perform basic tool maintenance as required.
