Job summary

Specialized Packaging Group in Austin, TX, seeks a Warehouse/Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and a team of personnel. You will ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in receiving, storage, and shipping, while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics with 2+ years in supervision; WMS/ERP experience and forklift certification preferred. On-site position with standard full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics; 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience with WMS/ERP and inventory controls; forklift cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate staff for safety and productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain records via WMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and departments.
• Prepare reports on KPIs, efficiency, and costs.
