• Monitor vehicle locations and driver activity using Samsara.
• Communicate with drivers regarding route changes, delays, and priorities.
• Make real-time routing decisions to maximize fleet utilization and customer service.
• Coordinate equipment availability and driver schedules with Logistics leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for stores, distribution centers, and customers regarding transportation requests.
• Provide delivery status updates and ETA using Samsara GPS visibility.
• Maintain transportation records and routing information in company systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency and reduce costs.
