Rapport Lead Lobby Ambassador in Chicago oversees the workplace experience program, guiding daily lobby operations, amenity spaces, and events to deliver exceptional hospitality for tenants, guests, and visitors.

The front-of-house leader collaborates with Property Management, Security, Engineering, and other teams to ensure a seamless, welcoming environment and high-quality service delivery. This role emphasizes development and a clear career path within Rapport.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, concierge services, workplace experience, hotel operations, or premium customer service environments.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and workplace technology platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable first impressions.
• Manage VIP visits, tenant requests, tours, and workplace hospitality initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and promote community engagement.
• Maintain readiness and presentation standards across lobby, conference, and amenity spaces.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate resolution of operational, maintenance, and service-related issues.
• Manage hospitality inventory, supplies, and workplace resources
