You will oversee overall campus operations, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance.

The ideal candidate will lead with excellence, foster a positive culture for residents, families, and staff, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field is required.
• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator License is required.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care.

Responsabilidades
