Job summary

SteinsGardenCenters in Bellevue, WI seeks a Department Lead - Live Goods to partner with store management to deliver the MVV, drive results and develop the team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will train associates, manage staff, ensure product knowledge, maintain a clean and safe environment, and oversee inventory, signage, and POS usage to support daily operations and seasonal merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing sales associates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for horticulture and seasonal décor.
• Ability to train staff and manage time.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to different situations.
• Ability to interpret reports and training materials.
• Knowledge of horticulture (Preferred).
