Job summary

AEG Worldwide is seeking a Production Manager for its Pacific Northwest Portland venue. You will lead production planning, manage budgets, and coordinate all technical aspects to ensure top-tier show execution.

The role requires strong contract interpretation, staff leadership, and flawless day-of-show delivery across complex events. Located at a premier Portland site, the role demands flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with a comprehensive benefits package and bonus

Qualifications

• Interpreting event contracts and developing accurate production budgets.
• Progressively manage budgets and track expenses for shows.
• Knowledge of concert and live event production technical aspects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical and technical challenges.
• Create and maintain event production budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous management experience with conflict resolution and team leadership.
• Willingness to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact/liaison for the venue and estimate show costs.
• Advance and coordinate all technical aspects including artist/client logistics and rentals.
• Advance contracts within budget; track and document production expenses.
• Communicate advance information to all personnel, vendors and artist contacts.
• Oversee day-of-show production from load-in to load-out and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present all production expenses for settlement.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring and training of production staff; manage payroll submissions.
• Maintain and safeguard venue technical assets with preventive maintenance.
• May represent production at other locations/venues as directed.
