Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role or equivalent Boeing leadership training.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• 3+ years of program execution experience.
• 3+ years of SDLC experience.
• 2+ years leading RTOS/Linux-based projects.
• 2+ years developing safety-critical software under DO-178.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded software engineers for safety-critical Linux developments.
• Manage staffing and talent pipelines to meet project timelines.
• Oversee technical planning and agile metric responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
• Guide adherence to Software Engineering Design Practices and IVV.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical excellence and growth.
• Adopt DevSecOps to improve security and quality.
• Communicate status with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.
