Job summary

Entergy Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Lineman to construct, build and maintain OH/UG electric facilities up to 34.5 kV in Lexington, MS. The role requires climbing poles, operating bucket trucks, and responding to outages.

Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of lineman experience, a Class A CDL or ability to obtain one, and the ability to work irregular hours and travel as needed, while maintaining safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Construct, Build and Maintain OH/UG Electric Facilities up to 34.5KV.
• Install and maintain primary lines, secondary services, transformers and wiring.
• Operate equipment including Aerial Bucket and Digger Derrick Trucks.
• Read job prints and sketches; recognize materials and functions.
• Climb and work on poles, respond to emergencies and outages.
• Be available for on call duty and emergency response.
