Responsibilities

• Sets up, clears and breaks down workstation.
• Prepares menu items according to portions and recipes.
• Cooks a variety of items using roasting, broiling, baking, frying, steaming, stewing.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely to avoid injuries and damage.
• Maintains sanitation, storage procedures and temperature controls.
• Maintains rotation and food safety compliance.
• Responds to customer questions with high level of care and service.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
