The role emphasizes leadership, menu execution, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

2+ years of culinary leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Ability to stay composed under pressure in a high-energy kitchen.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities.
Manager-level food handling certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise line cooks while keeping operations smooth and efficient.
Execute menu items with precision, passion, and consistency.
Maintain food quality and sanitation standards that exceed expectations.
Ensure stations are fully prepped and ready for high-volume service.
Monitor food safety practices, maintain temperature logs, and enforce health codes.
Collaborate daily with the Executive Sous Chef and Sous Chef on production needs, specials, and events.
Foster a culture of teamwork and good vibes in the kitchen.
