Job summary

Legends Global at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, WA, is seeking line cooks and lead line cooks for the main kitchen and concession locations during events. This role emphasizes food preparation, station setup, and adherence to recipes and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume food service, are able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and hold a food handler permit. Training will be provided on-site, with opportunities for advancement and benefits after eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; culinary school preferred.
• Experience in high-volume food service; 1+ year preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; pass background check; food handler permit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitary workstation at all times.
• Set up and stock stations with work supplies.
• Assist in food preparation for catering and concessions.
• Label and date food items for storage.
• Work at carving station or main concourse during events.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards.
