Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary or kitchen experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume restaurants, hotels, or events preferred.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide line cooks and dishwashers during service.
• Execute menu items with consistency, quality, and urgency.
• Ensure stations remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper product rotation (FIFO).
• Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team to maintain ticket times.
• Assist with prep, inventory, opening/closing duties, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Uphold all health, safety, and company standards.
