Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall seeks a Lead Line Cook to deliver exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality meals and ensuring adherence to recipes and service standards. The role requires maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include following prep lists, restocking supplies, assisting with ordering, and reporting equipment needs. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume or fast-casual dining environment.
• Must be able to speak, read and comprehend instructions, and policy documents.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food following recipes and maintain 100% recipe adherence.
• Follow prep lists and keep accurate records.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Restock kitchen supplies as needed.
• Assist with ordering and planning food supplies.
• Report equipment repairs to management.
• Monitor storage and dating of prepped items.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
