The Bill Wright Golf Complex at Jefferson Park in Seattle, WA, is seeking a part-time Lead Line Cook. You will contribute to high-quality menu items from prep to final plating, working with the kitchen manager to deliver outstanding service to guests.

We offer a learning environment with opportunities for growth; compensation ranges from $25.00 to $27.00 per hour plus tips, and you will operate under the Troon umbrella ensuring guest satisfaction and safety standards are met.

• The Lead Line Cook is the backup safety officer of the facility and programs.
• We hire at a variety of levels and will train when we have the opportunity.

• Understands timing standards on all food items.
• Demonstrates recipe knowledge.
• Demonstrates a keen understanding of production timings.
• Calls for F.A.S.T whenever possible.
• Follows plating and garnish guidelines.
• Follows SERV Safe guidelines and demonstrates safe food handling.
• Uses proper measuring and portion devices at all times.
• Uses proper food rotation methods (FIFO) and updates inserts at closing.
• Demonstrates knife handling and cutting techniques.
• Uses thermometers properly.
• Understands F.A.T.T. criteria for all items.
• Understands line call systems and prep/par lists.
