Job summary

The Bill Wright Golf Complex at Jefferson Park in Seattle, WA, is seeking a part-time Lead Line Cook to join our Troon team. You will handle line, prep and pantry duties, focusing on the highest quality finished products for members and guests.

Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $27.00 hourly plus tips. We offer training, opportunities for advancement, and a strong culture of teamwork and guest service at this Troon property.

Qualifications

• Line, Prep and Pantry cooks are responsible for the highest quality finished product from prep, line production and final plating.
• Teamwork and leadership are encouraged with training and internal promotion.
• We provide strong service mindset to guests and members of the golf complex.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate menu items with attention to quality and presentation.
• Follow timing standards for all food items and ensure proper food handling.
• Support kitchen manager and team to deliver guest satisfaction on every meal.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines and SERV Safe practices.
