Hilton Wilmington Christiana is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will proficiently cook at every station on the line, mentor teammates, and help maintain high culinary standards while managing cost and quality.

In this hands-on role, you’ll lead the line in the Sous Chef’s absence, ensure consistency in recipes and presentation, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced kitchen culture. Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen is required.
