Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a cook.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 75 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain licenses and/or certifications.
• Physical requirements include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Cook orders promptly according to memorized standard recipes.
• Monitor food production to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of station and order stock.
• Coordinate orders for pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and storage areas.
• Control waste by proper rotation, storage and quantity control.
• Maintain inventory to keep pars.
• Apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
