Job summary

Muckleshoot Casino Resort in Auburn, WA is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and season dishes, manage portions, and ensure presentation and quality while upholding safety standards.

You'll work under the Sous Chef, supervise staff when needed, and help maintain efficient kitchen operations. A culinary certification or equivalent experience is required, plus a gaming license eligibility. Great benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years certification from an accredited culinary program or 4 years' kitchen experience.
• 2 years lead line cook or 1st cook/junior sous chef in fine dining preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Class III gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and uphold MCR values.
• Prepare and season food according to recipes and judgment.
• Operate ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters to spec.
• Ensure food presentation, freshness, and quality.
• Maintain sanitation and rotate products properly.
• Assist in inventory and support staff in Sous Chef's absence.
