Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication to manage kitchen flow under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and break down hot and cold stations daily.
• Direct line cooks during peak service to maintain timing and portions.
• Prepare advanced prep work, including butchery, sauces, and complex dishes.
• Taste foods during service to ensure adherence to recipes and flavor profiles.
• Enforce local health regulations and HACCP standards for storage, rotation, and temps.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and minimize food waste.
• Mentor and coach entry-level kitchen staff.
