Qualifications

• Open availability: must work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.
• Active California Food Handlers Certificate/Card required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Fully knowledgeable of seasonal foods and the ability to create daily specials that align with the menu.
• Flexible in managing staff schedules and shifts.
• Uphold kitchen standards and promote excellence among staff even in the Executive Chef’s absence.
• Allocate up to 25% of work hours to administrative duties, such as assisting with bi‑monthly inventory.
• Complete projects independently, meet deadlines, and demonstrate strong teamwork.
• Promote positive guest interactions through sincere greeting and communication.
