Muckleshoot Casino Resort is seeking a skilled cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare, season, and plate dishes according to recipes while maintaining high quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

We welcome candidates with culinary program certification or substantial kitchen experience. The role requires WA health card, and Serve Safe is preferred; a Class III gaming license can be pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• Two years of certification from an accredited culinary program or four years’ experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Valid WA State Health Card / Food Handler permit required.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Exemplifies MCR’s values and provides excellent guest service.
• Season and cook food according to recipes.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Regulate temperatures of ovens and grills.
• Ensure proper presentation and freshness.
• Maintain hygiene and production knowledge.
• Assign tasks and supervise staff as needed.
• Work to improve procedures.
• Label and date products for rotation and sanitation.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is maintained.
