Job summary

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all menu items quickly, efficiently, and consistently.
• Prepares plates and baskets according to established presentation standards.
• Maintains organized work area and rotates stock on hot lines.
• Ensures safe handling of equipment and chemicals; follows safety procedures.
• Keeps employee dining area stocked with freshly prepared food.
• Adheres to company rules, policies and procedures; complies with laws and regulations.
• Attends meetings and training sessions; performs other duties as assigned.
